Bilingual SDR — Cold Caller (U.S. Market)
We're a US roofing marketing company rapidly expanding our call center operations across LATAM. Cold-call US residential homeowners in English and book in-person roofing appointments for our field teams. Fluent English + real cold-calling experience required.
Fully Remote — Mon–Sat 9–6
About the Role
All day, you cold-call US residential homeowners in English and book qualified in-person roofing appointments for our field teams. You set the appointment; you don't close the deal.
Here's the part that matters: you get paid when your homeowner SHOWS. Booked means nothing here. You'll confirm your own appointments, own your show rate, work a dialer, log everything in the CRM, and hit a daily standard posted where everyone can see it. We're scaling fast and looking for top-tier talent who can step in and perform immediately — this team promotes proven performers into leadership.
What You'll Do
- Cold-call US residential homeowners in English, all day, working fully remote
- Book qualified in-person roofing appointments inside each homeowner's availability window
- Confirm your own appointments — your show rate is your paycheck
- Work a professional dialer and log every call in the CRM
- Hit a daily dial and appointment standard, posted publicly on the team scoreboard
- Train directly with world-class sales leaders — scripts, rebuttals, role-play, recorded-call coaching
What We're Looking For
We're looking for confident, energetic callers who know how to take control of a conversation, overcome objections, properly qualify homeowners, and book solid roofing appointments.
This is not a position for someone who needs to be constantly pushed or supervised. We want competitive, highly coachable people who take their performance seriously and genuinely want to become elite at what they do.
- Fluent, confident spoken English — you'll be talking to homeowners across the US at full speed
- 1+ years of outbound COLD calling to the US market (BPO or independent floor — not customer service, not chat). Contractors, solar, or home improvement industry experience strongly preferred, though not mandatory
- Strong preference: roofing, home improvement, solar, or other residential outbound sales campaigns
- Dialer experience — Vici, Ready Mode, Primo, or similar
- Commission mentality — you know your own numbers and you'd rather earn the check than be handed it
- Rejection-proof — 30 hang-ups before lunch doesn't change call 31
Bonus: Appointment setting experience for US-based closers or field teams · BPO alumni welcome
Compensation & Details
Base + Uncapped Commission
$950 USD base — realistic $1,600+ USD / month*
+ commission on every SHOWED appointment — accrued weekly, paid bi-weekly, uncapped
How it works: you earn commission on every appointment that shows — not every appointment you book. Hit the team standard and you're at $1,600+/month. Top performers go beyond it. The structure is built so the phones decide your pay — not us.
Engagement: you'll be engaged under an independent contractor agreement, used consistently for our team across LATAM. Paid training from day one, with your commission terms spelled out in writing before you start dialing.
*USD figures are approximate, based on current exchange rates, and paid out in local currency.
Why Work With Us
- American company, American standards — a US operation, with compensation set accordingly
- Real growth — we're rapidly expanding across LATAM and promoting proven performers into leadership
- Uncapped commissions from day one — no waiting period, no fine print
- Real training — scripts, rebuttals, and recorded-call coaching from world-class sales leaders who are experts at what they do
- Direct communication — no politics, no corporate BS
- One clear number — you always know the score, and so does everyone else
What Disqualifies You
- Your English is "intermediate" — if you need people to slow down, this isn't your seat
- You've never made cold calls — customer service, back office, and chat support don't count
- You don't like being coached, or you're slow to implement training and feedback
- You need someone to motivate you — commission people motivate themselves
- Rejection ruins your day — you'll hear "no" 50 times before lunch
What Happens After You Apply
We're staffing this floor now — apply today, and you can be hired and on the phones within 1–3 days. Here's exactly what to expect:
We read every submission and listen to every voice note — it carries more weight than anything you type. You'll hear back either way — no black hole.
If you're shortlisted, you'll be invited to meet with someone on our recruitment team. This conversation happens in English — treat it like your first call of the job.
You'll go through the training we provide, then run a mock call — pitch, handle objections, and book a mock appointment. Pass it, and you can start dialing immediately from there.
Offer in writing with the commission math spelled out. No red tape, no long ramp — pass your mock call and get straight on the phones. First commissions can land in your first full month.
Ready to Apply?
The application takes about 7 minutes and includes a 60–90 second English voice note — that recording is your first interview. Incomplete applications are not reviewed.
